Travel & Accommodations

Travel & Accommodations

First and foremost, we are incredibly grateful to everyone traveling from the East Coast, West Coast, Colorado, or beyond to be with us in Italy. Your journey means the world to us, and we can’t wait to celebrate together in Rome!

We highly recommend booking flights as early as possible to secure the best airfare and availability.

  • Fly into Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO) — it's about a 30–45 minute ride to central Rome, depending on traffic.

    • Official white taxis are metered and easily found just outside the terminal. Look for a taxi sign, a visible meter, and a city-issued ID number on the vehicle. Please avoid accepting rides from drivers who approach you inside the terminal.

    • Uber is also available and easy to use within the city.

    • Prefer a private transfer? You're welcome to pre-book with our recommended provider: [placeholder private car service] for a smooth and stress-free arrival.

We’ve listed a selection of hotel recommendations below, but please don’t feel any pressure to stay at these specific properties — Rome has endless beautiful places to stay, and we encourage you to explore what feels right for your travel style, group size, and budget.

That said, we have a room block at W Rome, and Sam and I will be staying at the InterContinental, which is located right next door.
